DhattFit Training Library
Exercise involves risk. By using DhattFit training materials, you acknowledge that physical activity can cause soreness, fatigue, aggravation of existing injuries, falls, strains, sprains, cardiovascular events, or other injury.
You agree to consult a qualified health professional before starting if you have pain, injury, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or concerns about your ability to exercise safely. DhattFit does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or rehabilitation care.
You are responsible for your own exercise decisions, technique, environment, equipment setup, warm-up, loading, recovery, and progression. You agree to train within your ability, use appropriate supervision when needed, and stop immediately if symptoms become concerning.
Stop training and seek professional help if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, sharp pain, numbness, loss of coordination, worsening symptoms, or anything that feels unsafe.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree that DhattFit, its owners, coaches, contractors, and representatives are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from voluntary use of the Training Library, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Minors should only use the Training Library with parent or guardian permission and appropriate adult supervision.
