DhattFit Training Library
These terms apply to the DhattFit Training Library, including training plans, nutrition education, coaching notes, downloads, videos, emails, and related client materials.
The library is for personal education and training support. Programs are not a substitute for medical care, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should get clearance from a qualified health professional before starting a new program, especially if they have pain, injury, medical conditions, pregnancy, or a history of cardiovascular, metabolic, orthopedic, or neurological concerns.
Membership access, pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and coaching support may vary by offer. Payment and account management may be handled by third-party providers. DhattFit may update, add, remove, or reorganize programs to improve the library.
Clients are responsible for choosing appropriate loads, stopping if symptoms worsen, using safe technique, warming up properly, and training within their current ability. Any pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, numbness, or worsening symptoms should be treated as a reason to stop and seek professional guidance.
DhattFit programs, notes, branding, and written materials are owned by DhattFit unless otherwise stated. Members may use them for their own training but may not copy, sell, share, publish, redistribute, or use the materials to build competing products without written permission.
Results depend on training history, sleep, nutrition, adherence, health status, genetics, equipment access, stress, and many other factors. DhattFit does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, pain relief, athletic performance, or any specific result.
