Are these custom programs?

The Training Library is template-based. Guided and Coaching tiers add more personalization and review.

Where do I access the workouts?

Programs are delivered through TrainerFriend so members can view workouts, log sets and reps, and complete check-ins.

Are Rebuild plans medical rehab?

No. Rebuild plans are coaching-safe capacity programs. They do not diagnose or replace medical care.

Can I do this from home?

Yes. Many plans are built around the DhattFit home-studio setup and can be adapted for dumbbells, cables, bands, rack, rower, treadmill, and bike.
